Easy Champagne Lemon Pepper Chicken
Marinate the chicken breasts for 1-2 hours before cooking with a combination of 3 T. of champagne, juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 T. garlic olive oil and 2 T. of Crab Island Seasonings. Pour chicken and wet marinade into glass baking dish, bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees.
